A. Payment Policy:
- All payments are due prior to service rendered.
- Payment for individual appointments must be received 24 hours beforehand.
- Payments can be made via PayPal, money order, or check. However, no appointment will occur, for those paying by check, until the check has cleared. In some cases this can take as long as ten days. If you prefer not to wait that long for your appointment, a check is not the best payment option for you.
- For ongoing coaching services, your account must be current, ie, have a zero balance.
- A five percent (5%) surcharge is levied if an account requires a written reminder.
- Balances remaining unpaid for more than 90 days are subject to collection.
- Coaching services are not covered by insurance.
B. Payment Methods:
Payment must be made by Paypal, or money order, for new clients. There are several payment options within Paypal. Payment by check via PayPal is preferred and the least expensive option for all payments over $150.00. PayPal passes it's fees for the payment options on to ADD Coach Services. No matter which payment method you choose, the PayPal fee will be your responsibility and reflected in your Invoice. The PayPal fee for a $150.00 payment, made by check is $5.00 vs. $23.50 for payment made by credit or debit card.

C. Appointment Cancellation Policy:

The Client must confirm appointments 24 hours in advance via email.

Cancellations for scheduled appointments must be received 24 hours in advance.

Payment made in advance for forgotten, missed or cancelled appointments, that do not follow this policy, will not be returned. If you reschedule, and keep, your appointment within the same week of your missed appointment, you will get what you paid for!
