Children and Adults with ADD (CHADD): CHADD, started in 1987, was the first formal national ADD organization. CHADD provides education, advocacy and support for individuals with AD/HD. CHADD publishes a variety of printed materials on research advances, medications and treatments affecting the ADD population.
